Last updated: September 8, 2025

INTRODUCTION

In connection with the provision of its Services, Synchronized may rely on certain third-party providers (“subsequent processors” or Sub-processors) within the meaning of the GDPR. These providers are engaged solely to perform technical operations related to the Services (e.g., hosting, communication, project management) and may process, on behalf of Synchronized and in accordance with its instructions, personal data entrusted by Clients.

Pursuant to our Data Processing Addendum (DPA), this page is kept up to date to ensure full transparency regarding authorized Sub-processors.

All Sub-processors are bound by contractual obligations at least equivalent to those set forth in our agreements with Clients, particularly regarding confidentiality, security, and compliance with applicable data protection laws.
